1. What is Bachha's warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 365-day limited warranty on damaged or defective items. If you believe your product is defective, please discontinue use immediately and submit a warranty claim by contacting us at hello@bachha.ca.
The warranty applies only when products are used as intended. The following circumstances are not covered:
- Accidental damage such as staining, soiling, punctures, or cuts
- Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
- Pet-related damage
- Improper cleaning methods or materials
2. What is Bachha's return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. A $30 return shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

4. Can I purchase individual tiles?
