Return Policy

At Bachha, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer full refunds on items that are unopened and unused (excluding a $30 return shipping and restocking fee per order) within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer care team at hello@bachha.ca.

Return Guidelines:

• Please notify us within 30 days of your purchase to begin the return process.
• Items must be unused, and Play Mats should be returned in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, which is a $30 fee applied per order.
• We do not accept partial returns on bundled items.
• If your item arrives damaged, please report it to our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Reach out to file a warranty claim if needed.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the item was a gift, it can be exchanged for a Bachha E-Gift Card.
