Our Warranty Policy

365-Day Warranty

At Bachha, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We proudly offer a 365-day limited warranty on defective items. This warranty is valid only when products are used as intended. The following circumstances are not covered under the warranty:

  • Accidental damage, such as staining, soiling, puncturing, or cutting
  • Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods or materials

If you believe you have received a defective product, please discontinue use immediately and contact us to submit a warranty claim. To do so, email our Customer Care team at hello@bachha.ca with the following details:

  • Your original order number (If the item was a gift, please provide the name and/or email address of the gift giver)
  • A photo showing the issue
  • Confirmation of your shipping address
  • For play mats, please include the number of affected tiles

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement.
